A Senior Night Coach at SuperCare provides confidence and calm during the night shift. You'll support children with learning disabilities who may struggle with sleep or wake unsettled, and you'll guide Night Coaches in how to respond with dignity, patience, and safety.
Though you're not leading the shift, your experience makes you the person others turn to. You'll help the team stay resilient, support children through difficult moments, and keep the home running smoothly overnight.
This home is rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted and is looking to maintain that record.

* Support Night Coaches, sharing advice and experience.
