We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our Street Scene team working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with the hours between 0730hrs and 1530hrs.
Although experience in Street Cleansing or Waste management is a benefit it is not essential for the role of Senior Street Cleansing Technician. We need someone with a positive attitude who works well in a team and is committed to delivering an excellent service every day.
We will provide training to allow you to use a variety of maintenance machinery to deliver works including, litter removal, bin emptying, fly tip clearance, road sweeping and weed removal works. Predominantly the role would be within the fly tip team, removing fly tipped waste and assisting with the scheduled cleanse routes a driving licence is essential. The role works directly in the community on sites across Doncaster, giving you the chance to see the difference Street Scene makes to people living in Doncaster.
