Join us as an Apprentice Internal Account Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales teams from within the branch network. Based at our BSS branch in Leeds, this role offers great development opportunities, hands-on experience, and a clear path for growth, all while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Details:

1. Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm and 8am - 4pm on Friday (No weekend work!)

What will I be doing?

As an Apprentice Internal Account Coordinator, you’ll be central to our sales and customer service efforts, supporting both external account managers and our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and trade customers
6. Developing a solid understanding of our products, services, and systems
7. Supporting the external account managers with quotes, order processing, and proactive account management
8. Managing a portfolio of small to medium accounts directly, ensuring excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth
9. Using tools like LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems to support prospecting and new business development
10. Helping tailor solutions to meet customer needs and following up on enquiries to secure orders
11. Supporting the coordination of promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
