Key Accountabilities We’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations Administrator with strong administrative skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that combines office-based administration with on-site, outdoor activity. Physical fitness is essential, as the position involves moving across a large site, entering and driving vehicles safely and relocating items as required. What You Will Be Doing Accurately update all relevant systems with correct vehicle records and information. Ensure all vehicles and items are stored securely and in the correct designated locations. Support general administrative and inventory processes by completing ad hoc duties as required. Follow all health and safety procedures, actively promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others. Drive vehicles professionally and in full compliance with site rules and health & safety regulations. Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional manner when interacting with customers and colleagues. Drive any vehicle as instructed by your line manager, in line with your licence entitlements. Complete quality control checks within agreed timeframes to uphold high operational standards. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and instructions to colleagues. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Resilience under pressure, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a busy environment. Comfortable using handheld and tablet technology to support operational processes. Confident in basic computer systems and preferably familiar with CAMS. A good working knowledge of basic health, safety, and environmental (HSE) legislation.
