Post Title: Mobile Medic Department/ Location: Get A Drip clinics- London Salary :Starting salary £38,500, increasing to £41,800 after successful completion of probation Full time: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days Responsible to Clinic Manager Job Summary We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated Mobile Medic to join our dynamic Clinical Operations team at Get A Drip. As a Mobile Medic, you will deliver outstanding client care across our core clinics, events, call-outs, and pop-ups. You will be a key player in ensuring seamless clinical operations, stepping in during peak times, staff absences, and high-demand periods, often at short notice. This role requires travel across London and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules. You will maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, ensure compliance with CQC regulations and NMC Code of Conduct/HCPC, and create a first-class experience for every client. Key Responsibilities: Perform peripheral cannulation and mix IV infusion bags. Administer intravenous infusions safely and efficiently. Take medical histories and complete clinical assessments. Deliver exceptional client consultations, tailoring advice to individual client needs. Ensure consistent CQC compliance and uphold NMC/HCPC professional standards. Maintain accurate medical records and monitor client observations. Uphold infection control procedures and adhere to company policies. Liaise with the on-call Chief Medical Adviser when appropriate. Support in the training and development of clinical teams across locations. Manage daily mobile operations, ensuring the highest standard of service. Clinical Skills Peripheral cannulation and IV administration competency. Strong knowledge of infection control and clinical governance. Adherence to the NMC/HCPC Code of Conduct and professional nursing standards. Conduct audits and ensure all clinical practices meet CQC requirements. Completion of mandatory clinical training as required.. Customer Service and Operational Excellence Maintain extensive product knowledge and confidently discuss treatments with clients. Proactively upsell and promote products and services to clients. Encourage client feedback and reviews to maximize retention and enhance brand reputation. Achieve personal and team KPIs through outstanding service and operational efficiency. Provide flexible and responsive support across all Get A Drip locations, including pop-ups and events. Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and clinic resource management. Engage in cross-team collaboration, promoting a positive and supportive team environment. Reporting and Scheduling Report directly to the assigned Clinic Manager Work on a regular rota with flexibility to move between clinic sites based on operational needs. Be prepared to travel across London and occasionally cover shifts at short notice. Actively contribute feedback and ideas for improving mobile operations. Key Requirements Registered Nurse/Paramedic with valid NMC/HCPC registration. Proven IV therapy and cannulation skills. Previous experience in mobile healthcare, urgent care, or event nursing is highly desirable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to new environments quickly. Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential). Flexibility to travel and work across multiple clinic locations with differing operating hours.
