IBM Maximo Application Suite
My client, a large consultancy, is in need of an IBM Maximo Application Suite engineer for a 6 month contract opportunity inside IR35, based in Warwick offering 3 days per week on-site, but requiring 2 days per week remote.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Maximo Application Suite, Maximo Manage 8.x, work with business on requirement gathering and scope. Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business. Provide consulting expertise on best practices for Maximo MAS upgrades, as-is Process, green field implementation, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies. Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Strong experience in Maximo Manage configuration and customization. Conducting meetings for the POC's to demo the client for their requirements. Conducting the Business meeting and understanding the Business Processes and documenting it.
Qualifications & Collaboration
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in liaising between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture. Work with BA, PM, and QA teams to review test strategies and requirements traceability. Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process (requirements traceability Matrix). Review and analyze user acceptance testing results, utilize understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and Good communication abilities for interaction with clients.
