Assistant Manager role: Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team reflects brand values in all interactions. Manages store operations with financial responsibility and integrity. Shares strong product knowledge with the sales team to enhance expertise. Conducts ongoing market research and competitor analysis. Ensures consistent delivery of excellent customer service by all team members. Supports and motivates Retail Associates to achieve store goals. Assists in developing and executing business plans to drive performance and growth. Monitors sales performance and provides regular coaching and feedback. Builds customer loyalty through a standout in-store experience. Partners with buying teams to guide product selection and visual merchandising based on market trends. Our Assistant Manager will have/be: Previous experience in a retail management role Strong interest and passion for ladies and/or mens fashion is essential Energetic, outgoing and driven with passion to succeed Strong verbal and communication skills Proven track record or driving high performing teams The package: The salary for the Assistant Manager is up to £45,000 depending on your experience plus bonus, benefits and a generous clothing allowance and staff discount.
