Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the cleanliness, safety and security of the school premises
* Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs as needed
* Open and close the school, managing building access and security systems
* Monitor and report health and safety concerns promptly
* Support contractors and manage deliveries and site visitors
* Ensure playgrounds, grounds and outdoor areas are safe and tidy
* Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues or emergencies
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in caretaking or maintenance, preferably in a school or similar environment
* Practical skills and ability to carry out basic repairs and upkeep
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
* Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* Flexibility to cover out-of-hours duties as required
