Learning Support Assistant – Mainstream Secondary School, Lancaster Full time, Temporary | Starting October 2025 About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in an Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school located in Lancaster. This is a full-time temporary role starting in October 2025, with working hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside teaching staff to support students within the classroom. This role will involve working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum, build confidence, and reach their full potential. You may be working with students with additional needs, including mild to moderate SEMH or learning difficulties.
