Your typical day as an Asset Management Assistant : Our customer service centre asset management team are key to updating inventories for all brewers Your role will be part of a small team processing calls to assess equipment in outlets in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Liaising with customers' colleagues and the closed accounts team. Investigating outlets and using excellent customer service skills to find details of bar equipment and updating findings on our systems. Using organisational skills to manage your workload. You will be comfortable with working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date. At Innserve, we are One Big Team, and We Keep Britain Pouring. You'll already have: Proven written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to make outbound calls to customers. Experience using computer packages including Excel. Team working skills. Strong attention to detail. A high level of planning and organisational ability. Experience in a customer focused role with a determination to deliver positive customer experience.
