Job Title: Claims Handler


Location: Guildford


Full-time, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm (1 hr lunch)


Hybrid working - WFH on Mon & Fri


Salary: £24, - £26, per annum

ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for clients making claims on our policies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive the support they need during challenging times. Here's what you can expect:


Key Responsibilities:



1. Handle incoming claims with professionalism and empathy, guiding clients through the process.

2. Manage insurance administration tasks effectively, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.

3. Utilise Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for documentation and correspondence.

4. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of claims handling.

5. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a customer-focused experience.

6. Apply sound judgment based on knowledge of insurance principles and regulatory frameworks.

7. Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve claims efficiently.




WHO YOU ARE
