We are seeking a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Maidenhead, starting as soon as possible. Role Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and differentiation Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL learners Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social development Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and school leadership to maintain consistency and high expectations Communicate effectively with parents and carers about pupil progress, achievements, and next steps Participate in staff meetings, CPD sessions, and school-wide initiatives Support pupils in building confidence, resilience, and a love of learning This role provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children’s learning and personal development during a formative stage of Key Stage 2.
