Responsibilities and Duties of the Operations Coordinator
1. Report to the Operations & Maintenance Manager and determine the daily operational needs of the station, coordinating with operations and maintenance staff.
2. Support leadership within the operations team.
3. Ensure the plant operates within its parameters, complying with strict HSE regulations and company policies.
4. Manage the site's safety systems, including the permit to work system, and act as a HV Senior Authorized Person for issuing permits, switching, and isolations.
5. Provide technical supervision and assistance to company and contract staff engaged in work.
6. Offer effective training and monitoring of operations staff to ensure competence in their duties.
