We have an exciting ambition to transform the services we provide for the people of Wales, with leadership, planning and change management skills central to delivery.
The Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust (WAST) provides services across 8,000 square miles to over 3.5 million people, from Emergency Medical Services, to 111, 999, non-emergency patient transport and the national website. As part of Strategy and Planning Directorate, you'll be directly involved in transforming the patient journey through delivery of our Integrated Medium Term Plan and overseeing and supporting our major programmes of change.
We are very excited to recruit an Assistant Director of Planning and Transformation.
This person will lead the organisation in embedding a culture of planning and delivery across the organisation, so we will need a strong leader with experience and expertise in working collaboratively with people across and outside the organisation, with excellent organisational, influencing and change management skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
