Responsibilities
Internal Communication which is all about working on the communication for our employees in our Filton and Broughton sites;
Media Relations which involves supporting our UK media manager on all aspects of work including social media.
In short, you\'ll get involved in supporting all aspects of the team\'s work. Your ideas, curiosity, energy and enthusiasm are essential at all times to help you quickly become an integral part of our team of professionals working in internal and external communications and community engagement.

Here at Airbus in the UK\'s Communications Department we also provide valuable intern experiences, with day-to-day tasks such as writing news stories, creating videos, designing campaigns and monitoring local news, alongside a broad range of public relations activities. An interest in aerospace and knowledge of Airbus products are helpful.

Qualifications
* Studying towards a degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Media Relations, or equivalent
* Familiarity with IT tools
* Interest in Photography
* Proficiency in English written and spoken
* You must have a passion for people
* Self-motivated, organized and good time management skills
* Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to stakeholders of all levels
* Nice to have a work portfolio (extra activities at University or in personal projects)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role. This job requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as a foundation for the Company\'s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Salary: £23,400 • 35 hours per week • Flexible working hours • Hybrid working • Half day Fridays • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
