Associate - Real Estate NQ - 2 PQE (Investment & Development)

Our client, a Top 100 and leading firm in the South West and beyond, is looking for a bright and ambitious newly qualified solicitor to join their award-winning Real Estate practice which is recognised as one of the best in the UK. The role will be in their Investment & Development team and is open to those newly qualified and up to two years PQE.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on big-ticket transactions involving commercial land, retail, industrial, telecoms and office sectors all while developing your skills alongside leading lawyers.
The Role
You'll be part of our specialist Investment & Development practice, advising a wide range of public and private sector clients, including institutional investors and developers. Your work will span:
* Sales, acquisitions, and disposals of commercial property
* Landlord & tenant matters and general asset management
* Real estate finance, including drafting CLLS certificates of title
* Major regeneration, development, and joint venture projects
* Coordinating with colleagues across Corporate, Projects, Banking, Construction, and Energy teams on complex, multidisciplinary matters
* Managing your own files and complying with professional standards (Lexcel)
* Taking an active role in business development, training, and client relationship building
Candidate Requirements:
* England and Wales qualified solicitor, ideally with a seat in Real Estate
* Strong technical skills and ability to manage files independently
* Solid academic background
* Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a team player mindset
