As a Therapy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a young person and their family through a combination of virtual sessions, home visits, and community-based activities. * Providing direct support to the young person and their family through virtual sessions, home visits, and community-based activities
* Assisting in the implementation of therapy programmes and interventions as directed by the lead therapist

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sessions and interactions
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of individualised treatment plans
* Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that fosters the young person's growth and development
Relevant education or experience in a therapy-related field (occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or psychology)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with young people and their families
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the young person and their family
