Highly respected UK national firm is looking to hire an additional Corporate lawyer to join their new Scottish office and be part of their continued growth. This role can be based in Edinburgh and hybrid-working is also available.
Role Profile:
This is an opportunity for an ambitious Corporate lawyer to join an innovative law firm with an impressive clients lists across the UK. You will play a vital role in the growth of the Scottish office as well as being part of specialist UK corporate team.
This role would suit an experienced Corporate Partner but the firm is also interested in Legal Director/ Senior Associate level lawyers who are looking for a lateral move to Partner level.
The work on offer will include:
* Corporate M&A.
* Private Equity.
* Joint Ventures.
* Capital Markets.
* Restructuring.
* Corporate Support.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong background in transactional corporate law.
* At Partner level, some portable client base would be an advantage but not essential.
* Excellent client management skills.
* Ambition and desire to join a growing office.
