Overview
Do you have a specialization in hard services and are looking to join an exciting mixed-use shopping centre? You could be the new Technical Services Manager at one of the largest shopping centres in the East Midlands, playing a key role in the senior leadership team onsite. You will also work with one of the top managing agents in the UK, managing various assets domestically and internationally.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and managing technical services across the entire shopping centre.
* Taking full accountability for the technical aspects of service charge budgets, CAPEX, and OPEX.
* Managing M&E service providers, overseeing shop fit-outs, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

* Experienced in engineering with relevant qualifications or industry knowledge.
* A proven manager of maintenance contracts and contractors.
* Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including onsite teams and asset management.
* Self-motivated, with strong leadership and communication skills, committed to customer service and health & safety compliance (preferably NEBOSH certified).
The salary for this position is up to £62,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
