Oakfield Primary Academy is looking to recruit an Extended Services Leader to manage their After School Clubs.
The post will be for 10 hours per week, working during the morning and afternoon sessions, 06.45am-8.30am on Thursdays and Fridays and 3.30pm-6.00pm on Tuesdays, plus admin and management time, to be confirmed. You will be paid on Kent Scheme E, £26,956 (September 2026 pay) full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary based on 10 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks) will be £6,215.65.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. assist with providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
2. ensure that children, whilst in the extended services provision, have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.
3. Provide a stimulating, happy and relaxing, fun atmosphere
4. Work as part of a team
5. Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues
6. Provide a healthy snack and assist where necessary
7. Interact with the children through activities
