Job Description
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex tech transactions and intellectual property agreements.
* Provide strategic legal advice on technology‑related matters to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Manage legal risks associated with technology procurement and licensing agreements.
* Advise on intellectual property strategies and protection of proprietary technologies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in technology and financial services.
* Support the resolution of disputes related to technology agreements.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for technology transactions.

The Successful Applicant
* JD with excellent academic credentials.
* Extensive knowledge in tech transactions and intellectual property.
* Experience working in‑house or at a law firm handling technology‑related legal matters.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
