An established international manufacturing business is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team. With recent acquisitions and ambitious growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-impact role with exposure to group reporting, statutory accounts, and business integration.
Job Description
The Senior Financial Accountant duties include:
3. Delivering accurate and timely monthly reporting: P&L, balance sheet, WIP, and reconciliations
4. Lead on group and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance across multiple entities
5. Support the integration of acquired businesses (including UK and Ireland)
6. Act as Financial Controller, stepping in during travel or absence when required
7. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
8. Assist with stock take and inventory reporting (experience helpful but not essential)
9. Use SAP to manage reporting and financial data
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Financial Accountant should have:
10. Final-stage studier (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or relevant experience to the above
11. Strong experience in statutory and group reporting
12. Confident with Excel and financial calculations (Excel test included in process)
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment
14. Able to work independently and take ownership of reporting cycles
