1. Drive end-to-end group-wide change: Refine ways of working to improve productivity, reengineer workflows and deliver awaysof working blueprint for an agentic organisation.

2. Create impactful playbooks: Design, implement & evolve practicalframeworksand playbooks.

3. Deliver strategic project: Manage high-impact project across multiple workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

4. Champion innovation: Be at the forefront of AI ways of working, reengineering workflows, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Whatyou’llbe doing

5. E2E design & delivery of group-wide change.

6. Designingand implementingpractical frameworks, playbooks, and processes to Reinvent Work. This includesrefiningways of working to boost productivity,reengineeringworkflows, and developing a working blueprint for an agentic organisation.

7. Developing strategic plans and turning them into practicalguidance.Creatingcontent thatencouragesadoption andcoordinatinginitiatives thatembednew workingthroughoutthe organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Playbook Development & Business Design

8. Developandmaintaindetailed playbooks for operational excellence, process mapping, and future ways of working.

9. Translate high-level designs into practical, scalable frameworks for teams.

10. Continuously refine playbooks based on feedback and emerging best practices.

Project Management & Coordination

11. Lead projects and initiatives across the Refine, Reengineer, and Reimagine pillars.

12. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on timeandwithin scope.

13. Track progress, report on key metrics, and escalate risks where necessary.

14. Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best solutions.

Content Creation & Communication

15. Develop clear, engaging content to support adoption of new processes and behaviours.

16. Tailor messaging for different audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.

Process Design & Operational Excellence

17. Map current and future state processes,identifyingopportunities for improvement and automation.

18. Support systematic redesign of workflows to maximise efficiency andimpact.

Collaboration

19. Work closely with business units, Chief Data & AnalyticsOfficeand teams across the Bank to co-design and deliver playbooks & content.

20. Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and adoption.

Change Management & Adoption

21. Champion new ways of working, supporting colleagues through change.

22. Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iterate solutions for sustained impact.
