Senior Customer Success Manager - KBB & Home Improvement Sector Leeds (Office Based) | Circa £40,000 Bonus We are partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing technology business that specialises in CRM solutions for the KBB and Home-Improvement industries. Their platform helps showrooms streamline the sales process, improve customer journeys and ultimately drive more sales. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and develop key accounts across their customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the showroom environment and enjoys working closely with business owners, managers and designers to help them get the most out of a technology platform. The Role As Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers across the KBB and Home-Improvement markets. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will work directly with showroom stakeholders to ensure the CRM platform is fully embraced and utilised to maximise performance and sales. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing key customer accounts within the KBB and Home-Improvement sectors Building strong relationships with showroom owners, managers and designers Delivering onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure successful platform adoption Proactively identifying opportunities to improve usage, retention and long-term customer success Acting as a trusted partner to customers, helping them optimise their sales processes The Person We are keen to speak with individuals who understand the route to market into showrooms and are comfortable managing key stakeholders within these businesses.
