What you'll be doing?
Our Bedroom Furnishings division, BD Living provide furnishing solutions that will fit in with our customers' homes perfectly. This team supply's and fits storage and bedroom furniture, from cutting edge styles to contemporary classics.

Reporting to the Sales & Installations Manager, you will deliver high standards of service and provide excellent support to B D Living internal and external customers.

You will be expected to:

* Support all customers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Respond to all enquiries and process administrative tasks in line with the Service Level Agreement.
* Ensure that all paperwork is up to date, and required reports are completed within deadlines.
* Develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with all relevant internal colleagues and customers.
* Learn Sales and Installations roles and provide annual leave cover
* Provide support to the Sales and Installations Team

What You'll Need
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

* Customer Focused.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Driven, organised and self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced busy environment
* Strong MS Office skills required.
