* Full-time position, 5 days per week
* Long-term role to start in September
* Based within a specialist SEN provision room
* Supporting multiple pupils with complex needs, including: Non-verbal communication, Autism (ASD - cognitive & learning needs) & Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Helping to deliver structured support across EYFS to KS2 levels
* Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists to support learning, communication and emotional regulation
What you'll need to succeed
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, NVQ)
* Strong experience supporting children with SEN and complex needs
* Confidence working with non-verbal pupils and ASD
* Comfortable with personal care responsibilities
* Flexible and adaptable approach across different age groups (EYFS-KS2)
* A patient, resilient and nurturing attitude
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
