Talent Acquisition Lead (Dubai-based) Company We are a global holding company acquiring and operating B2B software companies in niche markets worldwide. Role We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead (Dubai Based / Dubai Relocation) to own and evolve our recruiting function. You’ll be both a world-class recruiter and a team manager, responsible for directly hiring high-caliber executives and specialists across the holding and portfolio companies, while leading our team of talent sourcers. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly to a Co-Founder. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across functions – especially in the M&A, Integrations, Sales, and Product teams – and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, CEOs, and executives globally. Roles & Responsibilities End-to-End Recruiting : Own the full recruitment cycle for all roles across our portfolio, including management-level, technical, and commercial positions. Team Leadership : Manage and coach recruiting sourcers, ensuring performance, motivation, and growth. Talent Strategy : Design and execute sourcing and closing strategies to attract top 1% talent globally. Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate with hiring managers, GMs, and co-founders to align on hiring plans and role definition. Process Excellence : Optimize our recruitment operations, scorecards, outreach messaging, and candidate experience. Market Intelligence : Act as a talent market expert—know who to poach, from where, and how to land them. Brand & Candidate Experience : Ensure every candidate leaves with a world-class experience, whether hired or not. Requirements Experience : 2–4 years in fast-paced environments (startups, VCs, or top-tier recruiting firms). Track Record : Demonstrated ability to source and close A talent, including exec-level candidates. People Skills : Natural relationship builder with top-tier written and verbal communication skills. Drive : You’re ambitious, curious, coachable, and outcome-oriented. Flair : You think creatively, execute relentlessly, and love building teams that others envy.
