About the Role:

As the lead chef, youll have the autonomy to make the role your own, with the freedom to design and evolve an exciting, seasonal menu that reflects your style and passion for great food. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and executing a creative, high-quality menu

* Managing stock control and ordering supplies efficiently

* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards

* Running the kitchen independently, including supervising any future team members
