Chef de Partie - Full Time
We are looking for talented and hardworking Chef de Partie (or experienced Commis Chef looking to progress their career) to join our passionate team at Sinclairs Kitchen.
Based at our award-winning Scottish restaurant just outside Forfar, we pride ourselves in offering high quality, freshly prepared seasonal menu's using local produce and the successful applicant must have experience of preparing fresh food from scratch, be creative and have an eye for detail.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will have input into the creation of excellent quality, modern Scottish dining for our main restaurant and on occasion have the opportunity to work as part of a catering team at external events.
You must be hardworking, honest and reliable and able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in a similar role, preparing and cooking fresh produce from scratch in a busy commercial kitchen is essential, as is your own transport due to our location.
Shifts as per rota Wednesday - Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day as we always close on these dates).
