Branch Manager
Role: Branch Manager at Eurocell plc
Hours: 44 per week – Permanent role; Monday to Friday 7am‑4:30pm; Saturday rota 8am‑12pm.
Salary: £32,190 basic per year.
Bonus/OTE: Realistic total earning potential up to £42,174 per year.

Responsibilities
* Lead the branch and develop a small team.
* Ensure branch operates effectively.
* Develop relationships with customers and enhance sales and customer experience.
* Manage day‑to‑day branch operations and staff to deliver excellence.
* Manage team absences and deployment.
* Support regional teams with recruitment.
* Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards; ensure branch sales targets are achieved.
* Support training and maintain training records for staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Hands‑on, lead by example, focused on driving team to reach sales and branch targets.
* Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
* Customer‑focused approach, proactive engagement with potential customers.
* Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively.
* Full and valid driving licence essential; strong management skills and experience leading a team.
* Experience within a similar management role, ideally in trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment beneficial.
