Key Responsibilities
* Lead and complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to a high standard, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements
* Provide day-to-day support for product and process quality issues across production, meeting operational deadlines
* Investigate customer returns and non-conformances, delivering root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, supporting audits, MRB activities, and quality reviews
* Drive continuous improvement, coaching production teams, improving inspection processes, and reducing the cost of poor quality
