Facilities Manager Stockport £50,000 – £60,000 Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of a high-performing manufacturing site? We’re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Facilities Manager who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership. In this role, you’ll: Lead and develop a team of facilities & maintenance professionals Deliver a 3-year rolling facilities strategy to support growth ️ Oversee CapEx projects, upgrades & site expansions ✅ Ensure compliance with industry safety, health & environmental standards Partner with production, engineering & quality teams to keep operations running seamlessly Drive continuous improvement across the site ✨ What we’re looking for : HNC/HND in a relevant engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent) ⚡ Strong understanding of regulations (LOTO, PUWER, etc.) ️ Occupational Health & Safety certifications (NEBOSH or OSHA) ️ Proven track record in delivering Capital Expenditure (CapEx) programmes Hands-on experience with CMMS systems Demonstrated knowledge of safe contractor control practices This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background who thrives on leading teams, improving operations, and driving long-term impact.
