The Client Support & Research Analyst Role:
They are looking for a Client Support & Research Analyst to join their dynamic London-based Client Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their queries are handled quickly, professionally, and effectively.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Sales, IT, Data Providers, and their support team in India. Client Support team members will also liaise with external providers including Stock Exchanges around the world and company client relations team you will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Support & Research Analyst:
1. Manage and resolve client queries (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, End of Day Prices) via ticketing system and support mailbox.
