Are you a highly motivated Commercial Property Assistant/Paralegal seeking a rewarding role within a dynamic and supportive environment?
We are looking for a dedicated individual, ideally with at least 12 months of experience in a Commercial Property support role to join our clients’ expanding team in Malton, North Yorkshire. Conveyancing Paralegals with a strong interest in Commercial Property will also be considered. Hybrid working is available after successful completion of probationary period.
In this role, you will:
• Provide essential support to our team of experienced Commercial Property Fee Earners – dealing with commercial sales and purchases and commercial leases.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail, ideally with at least 12 months experience in a similar role but Conveyancing Paralegals will be considered too
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ambitious and eager to learn with a desire to develop their career within a growing company
