Cyber security isn’t an add-on to IT. It’s a specialist discipline.
That’s why modern UK organisations separate the teams who run systems from those who protect them. And it’s why they choose Saepio.
We’re one of the UK’s most recognised cyber specialists and an NCSC Assured Service Provider, working with over 1,000 organisations who trust us to help them:
* Cut through noise and see their real risk
* Align policy, people and technology into one coherent strategy
* Mature security operations without adding unnecessary complexity
* Build cyber resilience that stands up to real-world pressure
We partner with the most advanced security platforms in the market and deliver high-impact events, campaigns, and thought leadership that place Saepio at the centre of the UK cyber conversation.
About the Role
* The Growth Associate role reflects how the best pipeline gets built today: commercially curious, AI‑native, creative in approach, and focused on earning conversations rather than grinding through lists.
* Your job is to turn early interest into real commercial conversations. You’ll take accounts showing signs of engagement and guide them from curiosity into qualified discovery and genuine pipeline opportunity.
* You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, turning attention into revenue by:
* Engaging prospects early, with context
* Qualifying interest with intelligence, not interrogation
* Spotting real buying triggers
* Positioning Saepio’s specialist value in a crowded market
* Progressing MQLs into genuinely sales‑ready opportunities
* This is not a script‑reading role. It’s strategic business development inside one of the UK’s fastest‑rising cyber brands, for someone who wants to use modern tools to deliver effective and scalable work.
About You
* You’re organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. You thrive in busy environments, like structure, and take pride in helping a team perform at its best.
* You communicate clearly and confidently. You stay focused when priorities shift. And when given a new AI tool, your instinct is to test it, break it, and find ways it can create leverage.
* You’ve likely already experimented with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, or similar platforms. You see new technology as an advantage, not an obstacle.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Follow up with accounts engaging across events, campaigns, webinars, content, and intent signals
* Ask sharp questions that uncover pain, priority, and timing
* Use enrichment and AI workflows (e.g. Cognism, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build account intelligence
* Tailor outreach around context, not templates
Move Accounts Through the Funnel
* Progress prospects from awareness to research, consideration, and early‑stage pipeline
* Qualify accounts based on need, urgency, fit, and internal drivers
* Book discovery meetings that create genuine commercial opportunities for Account Managers
Engage Intelligently
* Use personalised LinkedIn messaging, email sequences, video snippets, and phone calls
* Follow up after events, webinars, and major campaigns
* Position Saepio’s specialist expertise against the generalist IT providers buyers already use
* Write outreach that earns replies through clarity and relevance, not noise
Build and Scale the Motion with AI
* Use AI to research accounts, personalise at scale, and iterate messaging faster
* Help document what works so the playbook compounds over time
* Contribute to scalable outbound systems and smarter pipeline generation
Collaborate Across Sales and Marketing
* Hand over opportunities with clear notes, context, and recommendations
* Feed market insight back into Marketing to sharpen campaigns
* Help Sales prioritise outreach based on intent and buying likelihood
What You’ll Bring
* 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, Sales, or commercial experience in cyber, SaaS, or tech preferred (exceptional entry‑level candidates considered)
* Ability to commute to High Wycombe 2–3 days per week, with optional access to the London office (Moorgate)
* Native or fluent English with excellent communication skills
* Resilience, energy, and enthusiasm for relationship‑building
* Interest in modern sales tools, AI workflows, and GTM strategy
* Ability to balance high‑volume execution with thoughtful experimentation
What Good Looks Like
* Commercial curiosity and strong buyer awareness
* You listen more than you pitch
* You ask smart questions and learn quickly
* Confidence with senior stakeholders
* Structured pipeline management and personal discipline
* AI‑native instincts: you actively seek, test, and improve tools
* Hunger to grow quickly within a high‑growth business
What do we offer?
* Having a happy and healthy team provides the foundation for our energy and drive
* 25 days annual leave plus additional half days for a ‘Duvet morning’ and your birthday (FTE)
* BUPA Premium Health Insurance covering pre‑existing conditions
* Life Insurance
* Critical Illness Cover
* Royal London Pension Plan
* Strong learning and development culture to help you excel
* International incentive trips for high performers
* Fantastic social events e.g. Family Fun Day, Quarterly socials, Festive Party
* Quarterly company‑wide recognition events e.g. lunch at Michelin star restaurants
