About the Role This is not your average HLTA position. As well as supporting in-class teaching and learning across a range of subjects, you’ll play a key role in the school’s Forest School provision, helping students reconnect with nature, build resilience, and develop vital social and emotional skills. Your role will include: Delivering structured interventions and small group support, especially in English, maths, and pastoral care. Covering occasional lessons in the absence of the class teacher (no planning required). Supporting the Forest School lead in planning and running engaging outdoor sessions. Building positive, trusting relationships with students, helping them to develop confidence and independence.
