THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continuing growth, we're recruiting a
TEST TECHNICIAN
to join our highly skilled, friendly and customer focused Solutions team.
Working at your own individual workspace independently and as part of a team, you'll complete a range of test activities ensuring our filters meet customer requirements. These will include fit for purpose, specification alignment, vibration and response to heat.
You'll do this by:

Making precision adjustments and modifications using microscopes, scalpels
and other small hand tools to manipulate tuning screws and RF tracks to
meet amplitude and frequency ranges.

Recording and taking data from analysers and other equipment ensuring our
filters meets specifications.

Fault finding, highlighting and where able resolving product issues and errors ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Confident and organised and wanting to learn our processes, how they work and what you'll need to do to achieve the right standard.

Patient and methodical in putting things together and when necessary, tinkering/adjusting them to get the right result.

Experience of working in an engineering or manufacturing environment, meaning you can work to exacting standards and design.

Have a high attention to detail, combined with a passion for tidiness in your work area

Enjoy making positive teamwork contributions to our highly motivated Production teams, delivering continuous improvement and meeting targets.
