Sales Administrator

* Location: Dagenham
* Salary: £26,000
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Working Pattern: Mon-Thurs 9am-5.30pm, Friday- 5pm finish

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales and project delivery teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal departments, helping to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing client communications.
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability, lead times, and pricing.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure all project documentation is up to date.
* Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with the operations team.
* Assist in preparing client presentations, tender documents, and project proposals.
* Support the finance team with invoicing and purchase order tracking.
* Handle incoming enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with clients and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within interiors, furniture, or design-led industries.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
