Sous Chef, Edenbridge Kent, up to £36kAs well as main restaurant, this site also has a busy café providing freshly prepared hot food and deli items. Our client is now looking to recruit a strong Sous Chef to take ownership of this café and run it as if it was their own.As the Sous Chef, you will * Be fully responsible for the running and service of the kitchen, taking ownership of the kitchen* Manage the small team and ensure standards are maintained* Work alongside the Head Chef and GM (based at the main restaurant)* Have input into menus and offers* In addition, oversee and support the mobile catering units onsiteWorking hours are 5/7, 40 hours per week.
