Salary: Up to £34,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full-time (8:30-5 weekdays, 8:30-12:30 Saturdays, with flexibility)
Holidays: 28 days (incl. bank holidays)

We’re opening a brand new boutique practice in South Sheffield – and this is your chance to be there from the beginning. This company is known for combining clinical excellence with premium eyewear and exceptional service. With a brand-new test room (equipped with OCT, Optomap, and a hearing care service), we’re looking for a Qualified Dispensing Optician to bring passion, precision, and presence to the launch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
” Take the lead on dispensing and provide a truly bespoke patient experience
” Help establish and uphold the clinical and retail standards of the new store
” Offer frame styling and expert lens advice, with an ADV of £700
” Work closely with our Optometrist and DO/Manager to build a strong, high-performing team
” Support pre-screening and ensure smooth day-to-day practice flow

” GOC-registered DO with solid experience and a polished, professional approach
” A natural leader who can take responsibility and lead by example
” Strong communication skills and a passion for high-quality patient care
” Someone who values a traditional approach, with the tools and tech of today
