We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our clients existing management structure due to current programme requirements.
The successful candidate will assist and report to the wider construction management team on a selection of work packages, ensuring delivery to an acceptable standard of quality, safety, and programme expectations.
Working alongside the Construction Management team and sub-contractor teams, you will be involved in the front-line supervision and planning of programme work packages. You will help manage day-to-day interactions between various teams and onsite sub-contractors, supporting the delivery of works that meet quality, contractual, safety, and time requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Site Supervisor:
Work with the Construction Manager to deliver the scheme.
Manage and coordinate site activities in line with the programme.
Review daily outputs and report to the Construction Manager.
Ensure quality standards are met.
Confirm that only adequately trained and experienced operatives are engaged on site.
Undertake monthly ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) reviews with suppliers and specialists.
Deliver site inductions and regular toolbox talks covering Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, maintaining records of these briefings.
Advise the Construction Manager on specialist strengths and concerns.
Record resources and monitor outputs against programme.
