 
        Reports to Management accountant – EXHEAT Ltd and EXHEAT Group Ltd About the role The Group Credit Controller is responsible for the credit control function for all companies within the EXHEAT Group. Responsible for integrating the credit control function across all EXHEAT companies and improving current practices and procedures. Duties All EXHEAT Group Entities Responsible for Sales ledger cash collections Sales ledger cash processing Sales ledger invoicing Monitoring stage payment and warranty retention invoicing Issuing of customer statements and dunning letters as required Stop supply of goods or services to overdue accounts, can instigate legal proceedings where necessary Performing credit checks where required for new and existing customers Setting and managing customer credit limits Signing off credit worthiness and advising payments terms/structures on contract reviews Handling and resolving disputed accounts and negotiating to bring payments into line Liaising with the company bank regarding unknown receipts Applying for letters of credit and bank guarantees as needed for contracts Maintaing bank guarantee and Letter of credit register Monitoring of proforma invoices and credit card payments Weekly bank reconciliations to sales ledger Montly cash collection forecasting Issuing weekly on stop report Issuing weekly stage payment reminders to project managers Other Other ad-hoc reporting duties within the finance department that arise under the direction of the Management Accountant. 2/3 years’ experience in credit control Multi-currency experience would be beneficial The Employee shall devote the whole of their time, attention and skill to their duties hereunder and in addition such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required of them for the proper and efficient running of the Employer’s business.
