We are looking for an admin assistant to respond to calls and carry out a range of administrative duties in line with the business standards.
Your role will involve:
* Maintaining organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
* Maintaining accurate inventories of IT equipment
* Handling phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Answering the 'overflow' phone calls from the IT Support helpline and entering details of customer issues into Zoho Desk Ticket system
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed
* Ordering of new equipment for clients and raising invoices
* Booking couriers to and from client premises
* Occasionally picking up or dropping equipment off with clients
Salary £15,916.65 pro rata
Skills & Experience
You'll have experience of a carrying out a variety of office administrative tasks and ideally have experience using financial IT systems to input data, raise invoices timely and accurately. Significant experience of delivering excellent customer service is a must and being able to work independently.
Other Considerations
You'll need a driving license to occasionally drive to client sites. If peak workload you may be required to work extra hours, with notice. Office based, working pattern to be agreed Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 5:30pm.
