 
        
        Kenny Recruit are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to join a growing and energetic marketing and communications business. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you’ll act as the key link between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer support in a busy, dynamic environment.

Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits + bonus
Location: London - 3 days in the office is required
Working hours: 9:00am - 5.00pm
Key Responsibilities
 * Maintain current knowledge of company products and services to effectively support customer needs
 * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure operational efficiency across the organisation
 * Provide first-line support to clients, addressing queries and managing the onboarding process
 * Manage the full booking lifecycle, ensuring completion within agreed timeframes and quality standards, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams as needed
 * Maintain accurate and timely data entry across all company systems and platforms including amendments, cancellations, and scheduling updates across all affected parties
 * Process client data requests, reporting requirements, and geographic mapping activities
 * Prepare client materials including data processing, document setup, and report generation
 * Undertake additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
 * Must be customer service focused.
 * High accuracy with strong attention to detail
IT Experience
 * Good understanding of Microsoft products (Office, Outlook and Teams)
 * Knowledge of data and data processing an advantage (not essential)
 * Worked with a management information system or similar (not essential)
Skills and Competencies
 * Proactive and can focus and multi-task
 * Follow written instructions; is detail conscious and accurate.
 * Works well as part of a team
 * Communicates effectively with and supports other departments.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
