08th June, 2026 SITE CLEANING MANAGER | SURREY | £32,000 | FULL-TIME We are seeking an experienced Site Cleaning Manager to oversee operations on a key client site in Surrey. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with strong operational knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day site performance. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and support on-site cleaning teams to ensure consistent service delivery · Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation · Act as the main point of contact for the client on site · Monitor budgets, consumables, and overall site performance · Carry out regular audits and ensure full Health & Safety compliance · Support with staffing, including training, supervision, and performance management · Report on site activity, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement Requirements: · Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cleaning Supervisor / Site Manager / Soft Services role · Strong leadership and communication skills · Experience managing a single large site or multi-team operation · Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning standards · Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · Hands-on, proactive, and client-focused approach · Right to work in the UK What We Offer: · £32,000 salary · Opportunity to manage a key client site · Supportive team environment with development opportunities
