Overview
Our Equity Finance business in London is dedicated to driving business growth and increasing profitability. As part of this highly supportive team, we help grow our synthetic prime brokerage offering across European and US markets.
What role will you play?
You will focus on trading equity swaps, developing our execution and inventory platforms, and providing pricing to clients while managing risk. You will collaborate closely with a team covering the full suite of Equity Finance products, think strategically to grow the business, and ensure effective risk and control management.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience trading equity swaps for prime finance
* Track record of delivering results for buyside customers through inventory optimisation solutions and technology
* Ability to originate and structure solutions for internal and external clients
* Deep relationships with buyside customers covering their single‑stock equity swap requirements
* Accomplished risk‑management abilities to manage all aspects of swap trading, including compliance with relevant market rules and regulations
* Technical abilities in coding and/or an engineering mindset (advantage)
