Department: Fundraising

Location: 410 Linthorpe Road,

Time Requirement: Flexible to suit you (within office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

DBS Check needed? No

Age Requirements: From 18 years old plus

Role Summary: The Volunteer Fundraising Administrator Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support such as producing thank you letters and helping with event administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer telephone calls taking/relaying messages for the team
* Assist with the production of thank you letters to our supporters
* Taking post to the Post Office, when appropriate
* Assist with preparation for events as required
* Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members
* Conducting research to support the fundraising team
* Producing

What You Bring To The Role

* Ability to work alone and as part of team
* Good attention to detail
* Polite and approachable
* Professional approach
* Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
* A strong understanding of confidentiality
* Excellent communication skills

Training Requirements

As a Volunteer Fundraising Administrator, we can offer you:

* Opportunity to gain fantastic skills and experience within a supportive team
* Volunteer induction training
* Any other training identified as appropriate to the role

Support And Supervision

Your first line of support will be your manager will be a member of the Community and Events Fundraising team

Communications

The Community and Events Fundraisers will regularly provide you with any information updates, training opportunities and upcoming events appropriate to your role.

You will be provided with a Teesside Hospice volunteer badge.
