Functional Assessor (Nurse / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist) – Hybrid Guildford £39,500 £2,000 approval bonus performance bonus Full-time or part-time available Overview We are recruiting Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, and Pharmacists for a hybrid PIP Assessor role based in Guildford. This is a structured, non-clinical role focused on Personal Independence Payment (PIP) assessments. There is no hands-on treatment, no prescribing, and no shift work. Working pattern Full-time or part-time available Part-time options are 3 or 4 days per week All candidates must complete a 9-week full-time training programme Monday to Friday working hours only No nights or weekends Hybrid working with typically 2 days per week onsite in Guildford What you’ll be doing Carrying out structured PIP assessments Assessing how health conditions affect daily living and mobility Completing assessments by telephone, video, or face-to-face Reviewing medical evidence and supporting documentation Producing clear, objective, evidence-based written reports Using secure digital assessment systems All appointments are pre-booked with sufficient time allocated per assessment. Who we can accept You must be registered as one of the following: Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with NMC registration Physiotherapist with HCPC registration Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration Paramedic with HCPC registration Pharmacist with GPhC registration Plus: Minimum 12 months post-registration experience Strong communication and report writing skills Confidence using IT systems You must have the right to work in the UK.
