The ideal candidate will have
* Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
* Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children’s residential home
* Handles pressure with ease
* An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
