Newton Fox is a specialist B2B telemarketing agency based in Bolton town centre. They work with a range of clients across the UK — helping businesses connect with the right decision-makers and grow their sales pipelines. The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be making outbound calls on behalf of clients — speaking with senior decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for client sales teams. You won’t be hard-closing or reading from a script. The role is about having genuine, well-informed business conversations, identifying the right opportunities, and knowing when to move on. Day to day you will be:
* Making outbound B2B calls to prospective clients across a range of sectors
* Identifying and engaging decision-makers within target businesses
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments for client sales teams
* Keeping accurate call notes and updating the CRM
* Working to campaign targets and contributing to team performance
About You
Your client cares more about how you communicate than what’s on your CV. You’ll be a good fit if you:
* Are confident and natural on the phone with a professional manner
* Can hold a conversation with senior business contacts without relying on a script
* Are resilient — you can handle a no without it affecting the next call
* Take pride in quality over quantity
* Have some experience in a phone-based role — telemarketing, telesales, customer service or similar (desirable, not essential)
